Happy Independence Day!
The library will be closed Monday, July 5th in observance of Independence Day.
We will resume normal operating hours beginning July 6.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9am - 8pm
Wednesday: noon - 8pm
Friday, Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Outdoor Story Time
Story Time is back! Meetings will be held on the lawn behind the library building. Bring your own blanket and enjoy Story Time with Ms. Jeanne.

Readers of all ages are invited to join our Summer Reading Program. Complete 2 activities each week to earn brag tags or virtual raffle entries.

Kits for Kids
July curiosity bag for ages 3-5. Theme is ocean animals.

PRE-SCHOOL KIDS:
Each bag contains 3-4 activities based on a monthly theme. July's theme is ocean animals.

Kid's Bird beak game kit pickup starts July 12.
KIDS:
Test out different types of "beaks" to find more about how a bird's beak influences what they eat.

Everyone has heard of using a string to make a witch's broom or cat whiskers, but did you know you can use it to tell a story? Pick up a string and instructions at the library.

Teen DIY Bubble Tea kit available Monday July 19th.
TEEN:
Are you looking for a cool new drink? Get your kit to try out this classic Taiwanese treat. Bubble Tea uses tea sachets and tapioca pearls to create a refreshing drink.

Adult DIY Mason Bee House
ADULT:
Invite Mason bees into your garden by building them a house. Unlike honey bees, the other great pollinators, mason bees don't live in colonies and rarely sting. These simple tin can bee houses are fun to make and perfect for pollinating your plants.

Pet Hall of Fame

Teens, send us a picture and a short description so we can highlight your pets in the Pet Hall of Fame!
Interactive Movie Week July 26-30. Grab a kit and be a part of your favorite movie!
Don't just watch a movie. Take an active role in it! Use script prompts and props to respond to movie scenes. Each kit contains prompt sheets, props to use throughout the movie, and a craft to do before watching. Kits are available for the following movies: Finding Nemo, How to Train Your Dragon, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Zootopia, Rio, and Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.
