Happy July! We recognize that the past months have been difficult for many and the last month, in particular, left some families feeling shaken by the events that have been taking place in our community and nation. Our vision at Neighborhood Connection is to create a thriving community where all are valued, and we sincerely hope that’s the culture you experience when you enter our building and access the programs we offer to best support all of you. The diversity each of you bring to the Neighborhood Connection family, and Waunakee as a community, makes it a special and culturally rich place to live. We are here for you and we sincerely hope you feel less alone and a little stronger knowing that.

We have some fun things during the month of July in the free store and some engaging activities in the community too!
July is Bedding Month in the Corner Store!

We will have comforters, pillows, mattress toppers, sheets, and other bedding items available for you to choose from this month. The generous donations from Bed, Bath and Beyond have made this fun give away in July possible. If you are looking to replace old pillows, are in need of a new comforter, or have a mattress that could use a soft topper, come on in to check these items out!
Re-Opening Guidelines and Procedures

We’ll be following the phased re-opening schedule as recommended by Dane County’s plan. We’ll notify clients and the community of our movement into each phase via our Facebook page, website, and/or email and text messages. If you need additional information on this, please review it here.
