Select which performances to sell merchandise and other items
Selling merchandise and other goods is a great way to increase fun for your patrons and income for your organization. Now you can choose which items to sell at each individual performance. This lets you curate the selection to each audience or adjust the inventory available if something sells out or you want to add more of an item because sales are brisk.

Please call us if you have a
big on sale coming up so we can increase the server cycles!

If you know you're going to have a big on sale for a great event, please CALL us at (831-583-0641). We need to increase the server cycles before tickets go on sale, so all your eager fans can happily buy seats and not crash your Webtix site.

We get a lot of email and we may not see a notification from you before it's too late. That is why you should CALL and NOT email!

If you have to email us about the event, please make sure that is the only subject in the email.

Make the subject line really stand out and grab our attention - write something like !URGENT BIG ON SALE COMING!
Your internet speed makes a big difference in how Wintix performs
Every now and then, a Wintix user has trouble completing some task, sale, or report in Wintix. They may wonder if it's the program, but in fact, their internet speed is creating the problem! Any time you run a cloud-based program, you are at the mercy of your internet speed.

Think of it like a car driving on a road. Fast internet would be like driving on a newly-paved, multilane highway. You're going to reach your destination quickly.

Slow internet is like driving on a bumpy, dirt road. It slows you down, and creates obstacles in your way.

We have a NEW Don Johnson or - as we call him - DJ at Center Stage Software. DJ, like support technician David Hile, used Wintix to sell tickets when he worked for one of our clients. Now he will be another expert support resource for all our clients, eventually becoming the primary support for all printer issues.
