Cottage Grove

Caregiver Support Group

Do you or someone you know caring for a person with dementia? Consider joining or recommending this monthly support group, facilitated by Dr. Zuzanna Wieckowska. The next session is 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 7 in the Foundation Room at PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center.


Eugene/Springfield

In-person Stroke Support Group

The in-person meeting happens 1 to 2:30 p.m. the first Wednesday of every month. This summer's meetings happen Wednesday, July 1 and Wednesday, Aug. 5 at Marquis Eugene at 565 Country Club Road, Eugene.


Heart Walk and Talk

Join this free monthly outdoor walking group from 4 to 5 p.m., Thursday, July 2. All are welcome! Learn from our heart-health experts while you get fresh air and walk along the scenic paths at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. It's held the first Thursday of every month on the path by the arches near the emergency room. Free parking is available in designated OHVI parking. Please do not use ER parking.


Shop with a Dietitian

Join PeaceHealth registered dietitian Cecelia Jacobson for a free shopping tour from 2 to 3 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month at Market of Choice Delta Oaks. The next session is July 21. Space is limited. Each participant will receive a store discount coupon. Register here.


Virtual Stroke Support Group

If you've had a stroke, talking with fellow survivors can help you heal. Our online support group meets 10:30 a.m. to noon the third Wednesday of every month. The next meeting is July 15. You can email StrokeCenter@peacehealth.org or call 541-222-8461 to get the Zoom link.
