NEW GRANT FOR UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH!

The International Plant Propagators’ Society-Eastern Region Foundation (IPPS-ERF) is proud to introduce a new research grant program to support undergraduate research in the areas of nursery production and/or plant propagation. Grants are for $2,000 to support research and student wages. Details HERE.
HOT OFF THE PRESSES! THE BENCH GRAFTERS HANDBOOK: PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES

Brian Humphrey's newly released book,   The Bench Grafter’s Handbook: Principles and Practice, contains 500 full color photographs and illustrations and presents in-depth information on all aspects of bench grafting. Brian was the inaugural President in 1968 of the Great Britain and Ireland Region, the first IPPS region to be formed outside the USA. He also served as head of production at Hillier Nurseries for 20 years during the period when they grew the largest range of temperate woody plants in the world. More HERE
 
NAME RECOGNITION, THE IPPS WAY!
 The IPPS Eastern Region honors its own once a year at the annual conference. Your nominations of worthy candidates for the Fellow Award and Award of Merit are needed. It's as simple as e-mailing a name to Recognition Committee Chair Brian Maynard by July 26, 2019. More HERE .
