Welcome to July everyone. Today marks the start of of the 2nd half of your (running) year. It's is a great day to review the first 6 months of this year, notice what worked (and didn't) and then ask yourself - how do I want to feel about my running in another 6 months.

Once you know how you want to feel, then its easier to decide the next step of how to get there. Picturing your future running self is a great way to set you on the right path.

If you you want to feel better running and enjoy it more, we are here to help you this summer. We start next week with 3 new programmes to help guide and support you on your running path.

  1. Stay Running virtual coaching
  2. Marathon Coaching
  3. Beach Classes in Sandymount
Stay Running this Summer

We kick off a new term on Monday of our virtual stay running programme. So popular is this programme we have decided to keep it going beyond lockdown. So, come join us wherever you live and let us help you enjoy running and feel so much better in yourself. Last few days to book.

Not sure about virtual coaching? Have a read of the reviews of our programmes.

Here is a sample of what happens in a typical week on Stay Running....
Marathon Coaching
We learnt a lot last year about training for a marathon in a year of uncertainty but the main thing we learnt that time still flies by if you don't have a plan, so if you are even half tempted by training for a marathon, here is how we can help you train for a marathon. Last few days to book.
Back on the Beach...
I know so many of you can't wait to get back to 'normal' and we really hope that by september all classes will be back in action, but for July we decided (at the last minute) to have a 'mini term' of funrun style classes this July on Thursdays.

These classes are almost sold out, but we do have a few spots on the 7.30pm class in Sandymount (and waiting list for 6.30pm).

All classes will be with coach Aoife and the cost is €40 for 4 weeks starting 8th July. Get in touch if you are keen.

Keep on running
Wishing you all a wonderful summer. We do hope to have a full schedule of in-person classes in the autumn, but don't put your running on hold til then - the comeback will be even harder. If you have any questions, be sure to get in touch.
