The Birds Thank Gobie Plumbing
The inordinately generous-spirited folks at Gobie Plumbing have flown to our rescue time and again whenever the temperamental Doc Thomas House "vintage plumbing" goes on the fritz. Indeed, their skills in this regard border on magical. And we can't thank them enough for conjuring up hot water on-demand for the chickee's outdoor kitchen! T
he fully licensed and insured family business has been providing platinum-grade professional services to Miamians since 1981. From residential needs to remodeling and new construction, owners Laura and Phil Gobie are actively involved in every facet of your project. Their mission: "Provide honest, clean, courteous, professional service."
All true.
Supporting vendors that support TAS, such as Gobie Plumbing, is an easy way to contribute to our Conservation Mission. The Birds will thank you!

* Hear about our efforts to have some 40 acres of former U.S. Coast Guard holdings declared "Environmentally Endangered Land," to be preserved -- not bulldozed -- for future generations.
* Learn what you can do to help preserve and restore the last remnant (2%) of our region's once vast Pine Rocklands, and help protect the rare plants and wildlife that rely on the unique ecosystem.

Take Action
Livable Cutler Park Restoration
Organizers around Livable Cutler Park Restoration -- @LivableCutler -- are undertaking a critical habitat restoration project that will ensure a greenway for people, plants and wildlife. To do something meaningful for our community you can help fund the effort. A modest $15 donation puts 1 native tree in the ground; $30, 4 trees; and so on.
