Hello OLG Families,
We hope you are enjoying every minute of this beautiful summer! Our school office is open and we are busy getting things ready. Below are some key events (including next week's work party!). We also wanted to update the community on our fall opening plans. More is coming on our website, but here are some of the important highlights of the DOH requirements for schools and how this will look at OLG:

Masks - Indoors: "Correct use of cloth face coverings or masks helps prevent the spread of COVID-19 and is required when indoors at K-12 facilities for all school personnel, students, and visitors."

Masks - Outdoors: Due to our our recess arrangements and the closeness of playtime, we will stay with our masks-on-at recess just like we did all last year.

Distancing: "Maintain physical distance of three feet or more between students in classroom settings to the degree possible and reasonable, that allows for full-time, in-person learning for all."

Travel Requirements: There has not been an update to the travel requirements in place at the end of the school year. Those requirements continue to currently be in effect:

For Unvaccinated Students Traveling in U.S.: "Get tested 3-5 days after your trip and stay home and self-quarantine for a full 7 days after travel, even if your test is negative. If you don’t get tested, stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel."

For Fully Vaccinated Students Traveling in U.S.: "After Travel - Self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms; isolate and get tested if you develop symptoms."
