Jump Starting Self Care: Move from Overwhelmed to Overjoyed
New Virtual Workshop Presented by Dr. Lindsey Hall
As superintendents, we are constantly giving, supporting, listening, helping, fixing, speaking and deciding. Our jobs are draining physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. As we bring this crazy school year to a close, it's essential, in order to carry out our tasks and establish positive relationships with others, to take meaningful steps to care for ourselves.

As we move into summer, jump start (or just start) your self care plan with simple, easy, impactful, high leverage decisions that will carry you into the next school year. If the thought of self care is overwhelming, or you need to revive your self care plan, this session will provide you with purposeful, practical and relevant steps you can start immediately.

This virtual workshop is the latest offering in IASA's professional development Leadership Strand.

Presenter: Dr. Lindsey Hall, superintendent of Mahomet-Seymour CUSD #3.

When: May 24 from 9 to 10 a.m.

Cost: Free
