PMTA Piano Fall Festival 2017    The Fall Festival is hel d on a Saturday in late October with a Gold Medal Recital on the following Sunday. Preparation for this Festival begins during the Summer Session at Music Works.   Students may choose to enter the competition for Gold, Silver or Bronze medals or enter as a participation-only student.   For those wanting to enter the Gold Medal competition, four or five summer lessons must be scheduled to gain a head-start on this event which demands two Performance Ready pieces for our October Musicale. Participation Only students do not have to memorize their pieces, and they receive a ribbon and certificate. The participation status is a great way to enter this event with minimal summer participation (i.e. three 60-minute lessons).   Each student will perform two contrasting pieces. All repertoire is chosen from the PMTA Selected Repertoire List for this festival.  The Repertoire List will be available soon for those interested students.
