From the Staff:

No matter what the calendar says, it’s officially summer when the Summer Reading Programs begin. This year that date is Monday, June 12th.

The summer will be in full swing once the Summer Music Series begins on June 30th. Dawn has a wonderful lineup just waiting to be enjoyed under the sun sails.

Don’t forget to take advantage of the Library of Things! Giant yard games can be a great way to spend the day if your not reading a book.

The new book section is going to be full of Summer Blockbusters but if you want a book that is going to be a sure thing, don’t leave without looking at the Staff Pick section.

Welcome to our returning Patrons getting back for the season. Settle in, grab a book, and enjoy all that Maine has to offer. Happy Summer!
