Dear interested parties,

On June 11, 2020, the City Planning Commission will consider the proposed Restaurant Beverage Program (RBP), which would create an administrative clearance for sit-down restaurants to serve alcohol. The Commission meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. and be conducted via teleconference.

The meeting agenda and City Planning's staff recommendation report will be posted approximately one week prior to the meeting at the following link:
The proposed ordinance would shorten the processing time and lower the cost of obtaining a Conditional Use Permit to serve alcoholic beverages for certain types of sit-down restaurants.

Status update: City Planning has released a revised framework, which will be considered by City Planning Commission at a future meeting.
