Reminder: Development Team Capacity Applications Due June 22, 2020
As a reminder, any development team member participating in multifamily project applications to be submitted in the 2021 Housing Credit funding round who has not received a capacity approval letter from Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC), or whose capacity approval letter has expired or will expire before the submission deadline for the 2021 Housing Credit funding round, must submit the Development Team Capacity Application by Monday, June 22, 2020.
