TO ALL COACHES OF TEAMS ENTERED IN THE BASKETBALL/VOLLEYBALL CAMP IN ROLLA JUNE 12-13
WE MAY ADD TEAMS BETWEEN NOW AND THE START OF CAMP
SCHEDULES WILL BE POSTED ONLINE FOUR DAYS BEFORE CAMP
Attached below are:
1. The check in schedule and coaches’ packets and the composites on the teams entered in this camp.
2. All-check in will be in the lobby of the Rolla High School. All playing site addresses are in the attached coach’s packet.
3. When schedules are posted, call Jim Pritchett at 573-578-7050 for boys' basketball and volleyball scheduling questions, Josh Pritchett at 573-201-6868 for girls' scheduling questions.

For all other questions call Dave Almany at 636-232-4688.
4. PERIODICALLY BEFORE CAMP AND DURING CAMP CHECK THE WEB SITE FOR ANY SCHEDULING UPDATES.
5. Review the enclosed check in sheet to make sure the number of teams we show listed for your school is correct.
6. Times for check-in will be added when the schedules are posted online. The check-in list is made to reduce the time you will need to get checked in by spreading out the process.
