The newest version of the Property Assignment Sheet is now available under the Useful Tools section on the Intranet. Below is a summary of recent changes.
Property:
We’ve added The Avenue Viera (Viera, FL) to the Property Assignment Sheet! The current assignments for The Avenue Viera include Kyle Cooper (General Manager), Daisy Pickett (Marketing Manager), Heidi Roberts (Office Manager), Cheryl Keating and John Messina (Accounting), Hannah McCallum (Asset Strategy & Development), Coley Cannon (Investments), Jackie Centamore Burridge and Heather Kovello (Leasing), Sule Gajere (Studio), David Sturgeon and Isabella McKinnon (Tenant Construction), and Francesca Austin (Lease Compliance).
Accounting:
The Accounting team columns within the sheet have been completely revised. Previously labeled as 'Accounting Preparer' and 'Accounting Reviewer,' these columns have been renamed as 'Accounting Team Email' and 'Accounting Team Leader' respectively. Please direct your inquiries to the new team distribution lists specified throughout the sheet, instead of reaching out to individual accountants. Additionally, the designated team leaders listed in the sheet should be contacted for more substantial questions or in cases where an individual team member is unresponsive. Asset Strategy & Development:
A second tab has been added to the Property Assignment sheet titled 'ASD Core Property Contacts.' To enhance communication and provide a seamless experience for tenants within our Core (unstaffed) portfolio, the Asset Strategy & Development (ASD) team has established dedicated email addresses and phone numbers for all Core properties with three or more tenants. The objective is to offer tenants within the Core portfolio a consistent point of contact for non-emergency operational matters through the provided email address and a dedicated phone number for more urgent concerns. This ensures minimal disruptions to tenants, even when ASD assignments change behind the scenes. Again, please find a comprehensive list of email addresses and phone numbers impacting Core properties in the 'ASD Core Property Contacts' tab in the sheet.
