AHLA and Business Groups File Lawsuit Contesting Overtime Rule
AHLA joined 12 business groups in a lawsuit against the Department of Labor’s new overtime rule. AHLA hosted a June 5 webinar with AHLA Allied+Member Littler Mendelson on the overtime rule and its impact on the hotel industry. Watch it here.
