Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) requests your
participation in a survey about KHC's new updates to our
website, www.kyhousing.org

ensure that we are
meeting the needs of our
users, everyone from lenders to property managers. Your feedback is
important and will help shape the website that is currently in production.

page of KHC's website.

KHC's Underwriting is currently experiencing high loan volume which has caused longer turnaround times. In an ongoing effort to improve underwriting turnaround times, files are now being pre-reviewed based on the
Underwriting Checklist
before being assigned to a KHC underwriter.
Third Party Originator (TPO) Lenders will receive a request for missing items from the checklist with a deadline to submit. Requests that are not received by the deadline will result in file being pended and losing its place in line for review. If this happens and a file loses its place due to lack of response, it will not be granted a rush-review when the checklist items are submitted.
