CancerNavigator is a new benefit available beginning July 1. This complimentary benefit pairs cancer patients with oncology certified nurses to help them make informed decisions throughout their journey. IPBC member employees can receive support - whether they are undergoing a diagnostic workup for a suspected cancer, or are in surveillance after treatment.

In many cases, CancerNavigator helps patients to prepare for upcoming doctor visits - with questions tailored to specific situations - as well as schedule appointments or second opinions, access financial support and transportation assistance, or find resources for emotional, mental health, or nutrition support. 

Cancer diagnoses are challenging, and the first few weeks can be a blur. Learn how CancerNavigator services help employees and eligible dependents in any IPBC medical plan can receive support throughout their treatment.
