I hope you all had a great weekend off, or enjoyed the AAU Qualifier this past weekend. If you were in the top 8 and will be going to North Carolina for the AAU meet, please register and pay for your athletes on the CoachO website.  

If you have not paid for your Region 15 race fee, please do it today! I will be out of town after Tuesday and will not be able to up date the registration. Only those who have paid will receive bibs, thank you. Please look at the schedule below for your race days.  

We have added two optional races for anyone that is interested.

July 1st - 3rd there is a USATF Invitational at Cerritos College, Speed Capital West Coast National Showcase 

July 15-16 The California State Games in San Diego. 

You can register and pay for your athlete on athltic.net. Please check with your coach to see if there will be relays at these meets.

Region 15 Qualifier / Multi Event

This will be a 3 day meet again, at Orange Glen High School in Escondido. Please click on the flyer to see the days your events! If you registered for the Multi event it will start on Thursday June 23rd, all other events start on Friday June 24th. Please note that the Javelin will be held at the University of San Diego on Sunday. Please be sure to read the flyer carefully.

Food Table for Regional Meet 

Food Table for the Regional meet will be the same as the past 2 meets but please be sure to bring extra water and food for Sunday. You all have seen what we need so feel free to bring any other items to share with the athletes! 

Please talk to other parents to co-ordinate with your age group so that your item gets covered, This is a volunteer organization and we need everyone's help!!  Please bring tents also! 

Please help keep our area clean and fee from trash! The coaches should not have to clean up after everyone at the end of the meet 

7/8-girls case of water 

7/8 - boys Gatorade

9/10 -girls - loafs of bread/ crackers 

9/10 -boys - 3 coolers with ice We need ice for Saturday and Sunday  

11/12 -girls - Peanut butter or Jelly 

11/12 -boy - bars/ fruit snacks 

13/14 -15/16 - girls cut up fresh fruit 

13/14-15-16 - boys snack items. ie.. pretzels or finger items 

Monday - no practice 

Tuesday -6:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Simi Valley High- 

Wednesday 6:00 pm-8:00 pm - Burbank High School 

Thursday - 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm - Simi Valley High - Relay day!!!
