  • A new Town Hall/Community Center building totaling 14,000 square feet (defeated plan provided 31,620 square feet)
  • No indoor recreation/exercise facilities other than walking in open areas within the building
  • One large multipurpose meeting room comparable in size the existing Community Center gymnasium
  • New kitchen
  • New bathrooms
  • Town offices with the town board meeting room also available for other public meetings plus two smaller meeting rooms
  • Placement of the new building would not require relocating the adjacent baseball field
