Here's a quick tip for those of you with anxiety. Did you know you cannot analyze and have anxiety at the same time? Your left frontal lobe of your brain is very analytical, while your right frontal lobe is where we experience anxiety or negative emotions.  

 

Try this little trick the next time you feel anxiety. Try counting down from 100 - 1 by 7's. Ex: 100, 93, 86, etc.  

By the time you get to 50 ask yourself: "Where's the anxiety?"
