If you missed the May 6 Speaker
On May 6th, Dr Ghazi Farooq presented an overview of the global Syrian refugee situation. It was interesting to learn that the Canadian private sponsorship program is unique in the world  and one that is suggested as a model for other governments to use; 9,000 of the 26,000 refugees are privately sponsored.

If you missed Biggs and Jack's Point, June 25th is the next hike!
It was a 5 km. walk with stunning vistas. Click on the link to see more beautiful photographs and to sign up for the next hike on June 25th. The hike location has not been settled so sign up so we know your coming.
