 Guess what's coming?
City Wide Sales are on the way the weekend of July 28th. As always we are asking for our businesses to get involved by doing something that will attract people to your store. Then let us know what you're doing and we will post it for you. There will be a lot of activity that weekend with Ride Richmond and the Vintage Market going on as well. Don't miss this opportunity to meet new people.

The Chamber still has space for crafters and vendors for our show during the  city-wide sales

Verlinde Insurance is an Independent Insurance Agency and will work hard for you to protect your most prized possessions. Many of the carriers they represent offer discounts on both commercial and personal policies for being a member of the Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce.
Verlinde Insurance is excited to announce their new referral program where every time you refer a friend or family member you will receive a $5 Tim Horton's Gift Card and Verlinde Insurance will donate $10 to the charity of your choice. More details can be found at www.referverlinde.com.

This is the last week to take advantage of this offer through WGRT Radio. As a bonus, any new member within the last 3 months will get a complimentary live radio interview. Please let me know if you're interested. Once we hit 20 businesses I will send invoices for the $92 to each participant.
Could you take a moment to help us out?
Please visit the chamber website at www.richmondcoc.org and check your listing. If there is an up-date or change that needs to be made, please let us know. We will then make the corrections for you.

Our Welcome Baskets are quite a hit in our program with the surrounding townships and we are in need of more items to fill them. If you haven't participated in the past please consider doing so now. We welcome any items that you would like to contribute that promote your business. Everyone that receives one of these baskets just loves them. Items can be dropped off at the Chamber office at the Richmond High School or give us a call and we'll be happy to pick them up.   Don't miss out on this opportunity.
Do you have an up-coming event that you'd like people to know about? If so, please send us a flyer so that we can include it in our newsletter, send an email blast or put it out on our Facebook page. We want to let people know what's happening in your business. Please send information to us no later than the 20th of the month for inclusion in the newsletter.
