Harassment Training is Now Mandatory in Many States

Victims of harassment in the workplace are often uncertain what constitutes unlawful activity. Hesitant to "rock the boat" with employers and report discomforting situations, they suffer in silence.

However, the #MeToo movement has shone a critical light onto the topic of harassment and what defines it. By and large, standards and policies are  being changed, strengthened, and reinforced nationwide.
