Estefania Lopez-Aviles While earning her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Texas at Arlington, Estefania is focused on an organizational resilience project for one of OWLS clients. She is one of over a dozen students from UTA who has interned with OWLS since 2005.
