- Practical ergonomic tips on how to pull weeds and shovel safely,
- A mindful moment and a chance to reduce stress through engagement of all five senses
- An opportunity to smell and taste various herbs while learning about their health benefits, recipe ideas and growing tips.
Participants
will also have the chance to plant seeds to take home and will receive complimentary kneeling cushions for safe weed pulling postures.
This staff appreciation week join Be Well at Work in cultivating a greater connection within and with the outdoors.
