Zumba Pop Up Class
Friday June 25, 4:00 - 5:30pm
Join our special Zumba class taught by Master Trainer Veronica Lebednik. Class is limited to 20 people, sign up by calling the Club at 528-2582.
$15.00 members
$25.00 non-members
Childcare is Open!
Monday through Friday - 8:30 - 12:00pm and 3:30 - 7:00pm.
Saturdays - 8:00 - 11:30am.
Ages: 6 months - 13 years.
Reservations are required. Members with children on their membership can reserve up to 72 hours in advance. Members with children not on their membership can reserve up to 48 hours in advance. You can drop in if we have space! To make a reservation you can call 528-2582 or stop by the Service Desk. Please see the BROCHURE for our new policies and pricing.

Swim Stroke Clinic
Saturday June 5, 11:15am - 12:00pm
Catherine Davis will work on your technique to increase your speed in the water and reduce your risk of injury. This clinic is open to all levels wanting to improve their strokes. Sign up at the Service Desk. FLYER.

We still have limited availability for Massage Therapy right now, but we are doing our best to increase our hours. We currently have Cairyl available on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00am - 12:30pm, Jennifer on Wednesdays from 1:00pm - 6:30pm and Marcia on Sundays from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a sequence of assisted, dynamic, neuro-kinetic stretches that engages the entire myofascial system.
