Community Reminders

  • Fence height may not exceed 6ft 6in. Any fence facing the street, drainage areas or any other common areas must remain at 6ft. Click here for more info.

  • Check around the exterior siding of your home for any mildew and address any problem areas.

  • If you removed shrubs and plants from front flower beds they must be replaced. Beds cannot be left empty.

  • Tree swings are not allowed in front/side yard trees.

  • If you are unable to fit your trash in a neighborhood trash can while enjoying the amenities please bring it home to dispose of properly. Overflowing trash cans are not a good look for the neighborhood.

Firethorne Pool Information

Pools will now operate on the pre-Covid schedule.
  • There will no longer be a block schedule.
  • There will be a 10 minute safety break every hour but residents will not have to leave the pool area.
  • Lifeguards will sanitize high traffic areas (gate handles, exit button, door knobs, etc.) throughout the day but will no longer clean tables and chairs.
  • Cleaning supplies will be available for residents to use to sanitize their area upon arrival.

All other months are available on the Firethorne website.

Home Modification Applications

Temporary Office Location

The HOA Management Office is now open at the Firethorne Clubhouse at 28800 S. Firethorne Road.

  • Masks/Facial Coverings are required

  • Please call 281-693-0003 to check availability before you come

  • Use the side door on the west side of the building
