The Fletcher High School Band Outreach Program provides Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and Jacksonville Beach students the opportunity to experience music and dance instruction through clinics conducted by local musicans, color guard coaches, and Fletcher High students. The Cultural Arts and Recreation Advisory Committee (CARAC) reviews and recommends grants to local nonprofit organizations that offer cultural arts and recreation programming in our community.
