One of the most important ingredients in planting healthy churches is finding the right person to be the church planter. But finding the right person is often the most challenging aspect of church planting.
In a state like Florida that is experiencing such rapid growth, determining where to plant a church is easy. Even finding the financial resources that are needed can be accomplished. But finding a church planter sometimes seems elusive.
At FCP we are committed to finding talented and passionate church planters, but we need your help. Would you join us in praying for God to provide the church planters that are needed across our state? Maybe you know someone who should be a church planter. It might be someone that serves in your church, is ready for a second career, or someone that lives up north.
A church planter should love Jesus, believe and follow the Bible, be highly motivated, love people, be passionate about reaching the un-churched, be flexible and adaptable, and be responsive to the needs in their community.
If you know of someone you think would be a great church planter, please share their name with us and we’ll be glad to reach out and ask them to consider stepping out in faith and letting God use them as a church planter somewhere in Florida.
