June 2022 Newsletter
Check out our daily National Black Child Development Week (NBCDW) newsletters to learn or review how we're supporting Black children and their families through education and advocacy. NBCDW 2022 featured resources galore! Please share with your networks!

BCDI-Atlanta will publish the second edition of its peer-reviewed journal, Nurture, this Fall. Nurture champions topics important to Black children ages 0-8 and their families.

During our July Affiliate Meeting, BCDI-Atlanta will host our annual Family Literacy Night. Please plan to bring the children in your life (virtually), so they can enjoy readings of two picture books, sponsored by our Mayor's Summer Reading Club literacy partnership.

Join us as we celebrate the program completers of our 2022 Expand Early Care & Education (ECE) Fellowship Program. Each fellow will share his or her leadership/career profile and advocacy campaign, which they developed in partnership with fellowship faculty and coaches to propel their career in the ECE profession.
