All DEC employees are invited to access free, confidential resources through Shine at Work. These benefits, exclusively for DEC employees, are free,

voluntary and confidential.

DEC employees will get more information in their emails, including a custom enrollment link to create an account

to access Shine at Work membership.

How to use the new DEC logo


As part of the City of Richmond's new branding guidelines, the DEC patch will be used only on uniforms and clothing items. 

Updated templates are available for many of the printed documents. Refer to this "cheat sheet" at right for quick guidance on how to use the horizontal and stacked versions of DEC's bateau man seal to update other materials.
