More Learning Opportunities for Peer Mentoring Participants
By Christopher Chantson
Vice President of Institutional Advancement, National Louis University
Participation in AFP Chicago’s Peer Mentoring Program continues to be one of the most invaluable benefits of membership in our Chapter. Every year, the Peer Mentoring Committee matches two cohorts of protégés and mentors for a 12-month relationship that focuses on each protégé’s growth as a fundraising professional.
In addition, program participants are invited to virtual, optional quarterly discussion groups that are led by Committee members and that encourage networking between and within the two current cohorts of protégés and mentors.
