If you want to find a sense of community, connection, and new friends, consider the benefit of one of our support groups. Whether you are a person living with an injury, a family member or caregiver, there is a group for you. BIAC has a large network of groups to choose from – both in-person and virtual!

Share your story and inspire others, or perhaps listen to someone else’s story and gain a sense of hope and guidance from their personal experience along the journey of living with a brain injury. Never any obligation – share and talk at whatever level you are comfortable with. If you find benefit in attendance, you can return as often as you would like. We invite you to try out a few groups and find which one best fits your needs – all free of cost to you.
