Commercial Property Enhancement Program

Through the assistance of the City’s Commercial Property Enhancement Program (CPEP) grant funding, Aqua Tech Marine, located at 2723 Palm Bay Road NE, was able to replace its outdated pole sign with a double-sided, internally-illuminated freestanding pole sign. The business received $5,000 in CPEP grant funding towards their total project investment of $14,149.92.

The CPEP is a performance-based reimbursement grant awarded to applicants to encourage private investment and improvements to the exterior frontage of commercial properties located on major transportation corridors in Palm Bay. The program is intended to enhance and improve the street view of the built environment from the public perspective, making Palm Bay more competitive in attracting new business.

To learn more about the program and see if your business is eligible for funding, visit www.pbfl.org/CPEP
