International Academy Day in Istanbul

Over 100 Academy Members and Guests from 25 countries attended International Academy Day in Istanbul, from May 31 to June 3. Hosted by Academy Member and partner Kerem Çatay, CEO of Ay Yapim. The event kicked off with an Opening Cocktail on a rooftop overlooking the Bosphorus (pictured above), and featured panels on the Turkish television industry. The Closing Party brought together International Academy Members and the Who's Who of Turkish media & entertainment.

JCSI Young Creatives Award Competition

Calling all creatives aged 18-29 – the 2023 Competition will open June 29 and close September 7. Three Winners will be chosen based on their original 1-minute videos on the theme "Stand-Up for Peace!"

The deadline for the 2023 Sir Peter Ustinov Scriptwriting Award Competition, open to non-American writers under the age of 30, is June 28 at 12:00pm (ET).

Each year, the Academy publishes International Emmy® Magazine, The International Emmy® Awards Program and the International Emmy® World Television Festival Program which all reach the full International Academy membership and has expanded digital global circulation and online visibility year round.

The next Academy publications will be published in the Fall and will feature highlights of the upcoming 2023 Festival and International Emmy® Awards Gala. International Emmy® Magazine will be published early 2024.
