ADP Roadmap

ADP is always working to improve the Workforce Now platform. At the Orland ADP Pro Summit Conference last month, I learned about upcoming enhancements to the platform that are extremely exciting. These are scheduled for early adoption in the next quarter and platform rollout prior to year-end.

• Case Management feature: this will allow you to use ADP Workforce Now for your employees to submit tickets to you, if you choose.
• Retirement Dashboard: if you use ADP Retirement Services (401k), the service will now live inside your ADP product instead of having to go to a separate website to manage your retirement products as a practitioner.
• Tax Dashboard: all your tax notices, amendments, and other tax issues/notifications in one place, inside Workforce Now.
• Technology to scan your benefit documents from your providers to automatically read them and build your new plans.
• Integrations Dashboard: more visibility into your carrier connections, data bridges, and AES.
• Multi-Company Transfer Wizard: you will no longer need to terminate and hire when employees move between company codes in the same database.

The Bridge

ADP provides The Bridge online community as a service to its members and clients to help them ask payroll, HR, tax and compliance-related questions of each other, stay informed of HMRC updates, exchange tips and ideas with peers, and learn from industry and subject matter experts.
