Juneteenth

The Community Bridges office at 162 Pembroke Rd will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in observance of Freedom Day.

Thank you for being so supportive!

NH Gives is an annual 24-hour donation drive for nonprofits around the state to raise funds for the needs of citizens. This was the sixth year Community Bridges participated. Our focus was on raising funds to support access to recreational activities.

Thank you for participating by sharing our social media posts and contributing to our goal. We are happy to announce that we made the most of the Board of Directors Match and raised $2,350!
