410 S. Cache Building Update:

Progress continues towards preparing our building for our move in! We are finalizing the building plans and consultants are engaged in all aspects of building design. Several committees are working diligently to guide the design process and to help create a space that is beautiful, functional, and secure.

We have enlisted best-in-class security experts who specialize in assisting Jewish communities nationwide to help recommend protocols, systems, and design elements that will help secure our building and community.

Next week, we will begin the selection of a general contractor through an RFQ process, in which we anticipate 4-6 local construction firms will participate. We expect to start interior demolition work on the building at the beginning of July and will submit for permitting shortly thereafter. Our goal is to begin construction in the Fall!

We look forward to sharing our planned design with the community in the coming weeks.
