June 2025 Newsletter

ANNUAL MEETING

Our annual meeting at City Range on May 5th was a delightful evening of networking with new members and reconnecting with longtime friends, accompanied by an excellent dinner.

We were honored to have Greenville Symphony's Music Director, Lee Mills, and GSA Executive Director, Jessica Satava, as our special guests.

Above: Charlie Sabo was recognized for his years of dedication in supporting Lollipops concerts and distributing lollipops to the children. He was given a gift certificate and an oversized lollipop for his service.

Carolyn Beckie was awarded the silver Niven Bowl for her long-term dedication to The Guild.

This award is named after Greenville civic leader Malcolm P. Niven and is presented to outstanding Guild volunteers.

This picture shows Faith Davis, previous awardee, holding the engraved bowl that was sent to Carolyn.

We extend our sincere gratitude to ALL our members and volunteers for the 2024-2025 term. Your dedicated efforts in promoting, supporting, and assisting the Greenville Symphony Orchestra are greatly appreciated and integral to advancing the mission of the Guild.
