Dear Big “I” WV Members,

Summer always seems to move a little faster than we expect. One minute we are kicking off June, and the next we are already looking toward August. Between family vacations, busy renewal seasons, office projects, and everything else life throws at us, it is easy to let the summer pass by without taking a moment to enjoy it. I hope each of you can find time over the next few weeks to slow down, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy the season.

At Big I WV, we are also looking ahead to some great opportunities for our members to connect, learn, and grow. We are excited about the upcoming Women’s Retreat in Charleston on July 23 and 24. This event will be a great opportunity for women in our industry to come together, build relationships, share experiences, and strengthen the future of independent insurance in West Virginia. Events like this are important not only for professional development, but also for creating the kind of support and friendships that make our association stronger.

We are also looking forward to our Young Agents event coming up August 6 and 7. The future of our industry depends on developing and encouraging the next generation of independent agents. Our Young Agents group continues to bring energy, new ideas, and enthusiasm to Big I WV, and I encourage agency principals and company partners to support this event and help get more young professionals involved.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Big I WV through your membership, participation, and leadership. Our association is strongest when we show up for one another, share ideas, and work together to move our industry forward.
