JHJC Building

Renovations Update

June 1, 2026 - In May, we made significant progress on the project. We completed our Public Right-of-Way work, including the water tap installation, curb construction, and sidewalk placement. Inside the building, framing was completed and all drywall was hung. We also successfully passed our final inspection prior to obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy, marking another important milestone and keeping the project on schedule.

Over the coming weeks, the construction team will focus on completing the wall texturing process and preparing all interior surfaces for final paint. We will also begin installing flooring throughout the building, start trim work, and install cabinetry and appliances.
