Ask Megan!

Hello!

I thought I would remind everyone that when you are using your library card for e-resources online like Libby, Hoopla and Cloud Library, you will need your library card number and your pin number. Your pin number is ALWAYS the last 4 digits of the phone number that you provided at the time of registration. You can change that pin number at any time, but we do not see what you have changed it to. We only see black dots in your account.

Let me know if you have any technology related questions by sending me an email at

techservices@allertonpubliclibrary.org and calling me at 217-762-4676 and ask for

Megan.

Happy Summer everyone!
