Increasing our agency’s visibility helps the organization grow as a whole and provides more opportunities for those we serve as well as our staff.
We recently participated in “Celebrate West Hartford.” One of our staff, Dan Bracken, volunteered and enjoyed the experience:
“I signed up because I recognize that it's important for us to establish a presence in our local communities to help educate people on what we do and the resources we have available for them.” After setting up the table with promotional materials, Dan mentioned, “you are essentially just engaging people in conversation, answering questions, and educating them on the scope of our services.”
