We are now offering a limited prepared food menu as we open back up for full service & catering events.

Orders can be placed anytime before

Deliveries made by request across Sonoma Valley!

Each no-contact delivery arrives with a menu and directions, if necessary.

We do meet at Boon Fly Cafe on

Thursday afternoons for Napa Deliveries! Please email for scheduling and further details. Unfortunately, no Petaluma option is available at this time, but our warehouse is open for pickup orders weekly!

We offer our guests spare masks and hand sanitizer. Limited guests at a time.

in-person and virtual cheese classes!

(In-person classes are limited to 6 guests per session)

Classes are held each Thursday at 1:00 PST and each Saturday at 1:00 PST. Classes will resume May 12, 2021.

($125.00 per guest)

Class includes your own personal cheesemaking station, cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, artisan cheese plate, cheese trail map, and containers to take home your fresh cheese. Class duration is 90 minutes. Please email Sheana @ [email protected] for more details!

"OPENING UP RECIPES"

Green Pea Risotto

The Epicurean Connection

Yields 4 servings

2 Tbs. Epicurean Connection Meyer Lemon Butter

2 Tbs. Tall Grass Olive oil

1/2 white onion, minced

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 cup arborio rice

1/2 cup white wine

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon lemon juice

6 cups vegetable stock

2 cups fresh Spring peas

1/2 cup grated Valley Ford Estero Gold

2 Tbs. Chives, chopped fine

Preparation:

In a large Dutch oven, add butter and olive oil and warm over medium heat. Add the onion, salt and pepper and saute for 4 to 6 minutes or until soft and translucent. Add in the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the arborio rice and stir well, making sure the rice is coated with the oil and butter in the pan. Deglaze with wine and lemon juice and lemon zest and cook until liquid is absorbed.

In a small pot, heat 6 cups of vegetable stock. Ladle in 1 cup of the stock in at a time letting the stock be mostly absorbed before adding in the next cup of stock. Simmer until rice is tender and fully cooked. Remove from heat, fold in peas and allow to rest for 10 minutes, covered. Fold in ½ cup of cheese and garnish with chives, lemon zest and more Parmesan cheese.

Chilled Corn Gazpacho

Ingredients:

2 cups corn kernels and juices, reserve 1/2 cup for garnish

1 cup fresh tomato of choice, chopped

1 cup yellow pepper, stemmed, seeded, and chopped

1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup Tall Grass Olive Oil

2 tablespoons The Epicurean Connection Balsamic Vinegar

½ teaspoon Kosher salt

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup corn kernels

½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped basil

In a food processor, combine the corn, tomato, pepper, cucumber, olive oil, sherry vinegar, salt, and pepper and blend until smooth. Season to taste.

Chill and serve with the reserved corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, and basil.

(Creme de fromage garnish for a pinch of tang!)
