TWCA MID-YEAR CONFERENCE. We would like to thank our members, our board, our sponsors, and our speakers for a successful virtual conference! While we missed seeing everyone’s smiling faces in person, we had 333 registrants and a lot of great discussion. Registrants: be on the lookout for a follow up email with information and a survey to let us know what you liked and how we could make your experience better. We appreciate your support and add a special thank you to Freese and Nichols, LJA Engineering, and Lloyd Gosselink for serving as our conference headlining sponsors!

WATER INFRASTRUCTURE SURVEY. In order to assess current and future Texas water infrastructure market conditions and issues facing Texas water utilities the Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) has developed a short survey in conjunction with Todd Votteler, Ph.D. Responses are due July 3rd and will remain anonymous. The findings will be shared with participating organizations and published in a future edition of Texas + Water.
REMINDER! Nominations are due July 2 to the Texas Water Development Board for appointment to the initial regional flood planning groups. Click here for more detail.
