PREPARING FOR WORSHIP

Pastor Wende's Message

This weekend as we celebrate our original Independence Day, we also need to acknowledge and realize how dependent we are on others.

Life is full of paradoxes! And so are our scriptures for this weekend.

Independence/Dependence

Humility/Pride

Rich/Poor

Joy/Anger

Pride/Humility

God of all people,

Your spirit is at work, yet we never know when and with whom. May Your healing come in all shapes and forms for Your people and for all nations. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen

Why are there so many people who help in worship?
