FROM THE DESK OF MRS. TIEZZI
Dear St. Rita Parents,
On behalf of the St. Rita School community I’d like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Kathy Halloran, one of our second grade teachers, who will be retiring at the end of this school year. Mrs. Halloran has devoted 30 years of teaching to generations of students here at St. Rita School. We wish Kathy well as she begins this new adventure. In addition to Mrs. Halloran’s retirement, our music teacher, Michael Pelligrino and our lower school Spanish teacher, Michael Petruzzi will not be returning to St. Rita next year. We wish them both well in their future endeavors. Over the next few weeks I will be hiring teachers to replace those who are leaving.
Please join us this Friday at 8:45 for our final school Mass for the 2018-2019 school year. Our last day of school for the 2018-2019 school year will be on Monday, June 10. We will be celebrating with a Prayer Service in the gym at 11:30. All are invited to attend. Dismissal will be at 12:15.
