Ancient Grains Conference
The Northern Crops Institute will host its 1st annual Ancient Grains Conference on July 20 at the Oliver Kelley Farm in Elk River, MN. The conference aims to provide an educational setting to explore the characteristics and utilization of ancient grains.

AURI Connects: Fields of Innovation Innovator Profiles is a Q&A series with Minnesota entrepreneurs who have partnered with AURI to build capacity and successfully commercialize new and emerging crops. This month’s edition highlights Fresha, a producer of locally grown carrots.
Entrepreneur in Residence Program

AURI has relaunched its Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) program. Qualified entrepreneurs will benefit from AURI's equipment and expertise, and have access to its laboratory facilities in Waseca and Marshall. In addition, EiR participants will have the opportunity to confer and strategize with AURI's staff and scientists.
