It's almost summertime! We will be transitioning to summer operations May 23.
Leisure-side programs are being offered before 10:30 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m. to accommodate our busy summer schedule.

 In additional to our fitness classes, the leisure and therapy pools will be available for fitness swimming and therapeutic needs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
7-9 a.m. during the summer.
 
Rise N' Shine Water Aerobics (Monday/Wednesday)
7-7:45 a.m.

Gear up for this morning class that will get you ready for the day! An aerobics class for the early risers so you can kick off your day energized. 
Location: Slide side of leisure pool.
Warm Water Workout (Monday/Wednesday)
7-8 a.m.

This warm water exercise program is designed for individuals with arthritic and mobility limitations. This class is for you if your goals include increasing strength, flexibility, and range of motion in a relaxing and low impact atmosphere.
Location: Therapy Pool.
Max. Enrollment: 10
Due to limited spacing and class popularity, we are limiting one session of Warm Water Workout per person per month.
Aqua Yoga (Monday/Wednesday)
8-9 a.m.

Aqua Yoga utilizes the principles and movements of hatha yoga and adapts them to the water. The yoga poses practiced in this class will help you develop strength and static balance, as well as, increase your range of motion. Beginners are welcome!

Morning Fit (Monday/Wednesday)

This shallow water workout combines calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistance exercises. You will jog, kick, march and jump through the water to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

Warm Water Workout (Monday/Wednesday)

Rolling in the Deep (Tuesday/Thursday)

Strap on an aqua belt and join us for a deep water class in the competition pool! Expect to perform aerobic exercises such as jogging, skiing, and more to develop core strength!

Aqua Fit & Hydro Power (Tuesday/Thursday)

Tuesday: Aqua Tabata is a specific cardio based HIIT training! This workout consists of eight cycles of Work: Rest intervals. Each cycle is four minutes consisting of eight exercises (20 seconds each) followed by 10 seconds rest. Additional recovery time is planned in between each cycle of exercises. The instructor provides suggestions for working out in an aquatic environment. Progressions and modifications help make this a suitable workout for all fitness levels!
Thursday: An aqua class guaranteed to get the fitness party started! This class combines cardiovascular training and muscle conditioning through methods of interval training, abdominal work, and muscle enduring activities. These combinations provide a great workout with the use of equipment such as pool noodles and water weights in our leisure pool!
Please note that instructors for classes may vary. We will try our best to have all classes covered if the main instructor is unavailable. Please treat all instructors with kindness and positivity.
*These programs allow drop-in participation.
We are approaching swim meet season, please be sure to check the facility for hours.
Registration dates:
Town residents: May 24, 8:30 a.m.
Non- residents: May 26, 8:30 a.m.
Programs do have registration maximums. If those are met, waitlists will be available.
Please note that class participation numbers are based upon current mandates and may be altered accordingly.
